Award-winning Chef Joins Quaker Steak & Lube

Dudley McMahon has joined Quaker Steak & Lube as vice president of culinary development and purchasing.
A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, McMahon has received numerous awards during his career. In 1990, he was the recipient of the American Culinary Federation’s Culinarian of the Year award, and in 2006, given the Master of Taste Award by the National Restaurant Association. McMahon also earned a gold medal as a member of Team USA at the 1992 Culinary Olympics in Frankfurt, Germany.
Prior to joining Quaker Steak, McMahon helped to develop a new prototype layout and eight new entrees for Wolfgang Puck Café/Express. His chain experience also includes positions at Sizzler, Damon’s International and Buffalo Wild Wings.
